• Oracle and SoftBank Group Corp. are leading infrastructure development
• $400 billion pledged over the next 3 years
• Locations: Ohio, Texas, New Mexico; plus an unnamed Midwest site
• Will eventually bring total Stargate capacity to 7 gigawatts across all sites
• First site in Ohio expected to be operational by 2026
